A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit an application for a Utah County Municipal Recreation Grant to be used for a pavilion, ADA accessible parking lot and security fencing at North Park and the Provo Recreation Center. (14-030)

A resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an interlocal agreement between Provo City and Utah County regarding the use of "Part 19" tax revenues. (14-029)

A public hearing on a consideration of annexation petitions for the Smith – Northern Hills Annexation (northern and southern portions) containing a total of approximately 210 acres of real property generally located between 5000 and 5500 North, on the east side of Canyon Road, and extending eastward to include all unincorporated areas of Utah County located in Sections 7 and 18 of T 6 S, R 3 E, SLB&M. North Timpview and Riverbottoms Neighborhoods. (13-0010A & 14-0003A)

A public hearing on an ordinance amending the Zone Map Classification from the A1.1 (Agricultural) Zone to the MDR (Medium Density Residential) Zone for approximately 7.59 acres of real property located generally at 5484 North Edgewood Drive. Riverbottoms Neighborhood. (14-0001R)

 

8.

A public hearing on an ordinance amending Sections 8.02.180(3) and 14.34.360 of the Provo City Code, deleting the language referencing miniature horses in the R1 zone. City Wide Impact. (14-0002OA)

The next scheduled Regular Council Meeting will be held on 05/06/2014 at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers, 351 West Center Street, Provo, unless otherwise noticed. The Work Session meeting start times  is to be determined and will be noticed at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time, but typically begins between 1:00 and 4:00pm.
