1.	A discussion on a proposed policy relative to the use of development agreements. (15-035)

2.	A discussion on a request for a zone change from the A1.5 to the R1.10 zone on properties located between approximately 4900 and 5000 North on the east side of Canyon Road. North Timpview Neighborhood (15-0003R)

A discussion on a request for approval of a Street Vacation for 940 North between 300 West and 500 West, adjacent to property owned by IHC Health Services Inc. to allow them to connect their property located to the north and south of 940 North into a healthcare campus; property adjacent to this proposed street vacation is zoned HCF (Health Care Facilities) and PO (Professional Office). Council Business: Outcomes and Ends Policies

4.	A policy discussion relative to a new energy complex proposed to be constructed on the same propoerty as their current location. (15-031)

5.	A discussion and report on a proposal to initiate a vote-by-mail program in the City of Provo. (15-022)

6.	A presentation of a citywide economic development retail strategy by consulting firm Retail Strategies. (15-034)

7.	An introduction and discussion on a request for an Ordinance Amendment to Provo City Code Sections 14.23.020(7), 14.14A.040, 14.14B.040, 14.14C.040, and 14.14E.040, in order to clarify language regarding permitted uses and prior created lots. City Wide Impact (15-0006OA)

The Municipal Council or the Governing Board of the Redevelopment Agency will consider a motion to close the meeting for the purposes of holding a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or to discuss the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, and/or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in conformance with § 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq., Utah Code.

Informal discussion may be held in the Council Conference Room between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
