Directors.

applauding, and being respectful during the proceedings of the meeting

Item A - Broadweave/Veracity Merger
1. A resolution approving amendments to the transaction documents between Provo City Corporation, Broadweave Networks of Provo LLC, and Broadweave Networks Inc. for the sale of Provo City’s fiber-to-thepremises communications network known as iProvo, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the amending agreements and take any action necessary to implement the agreements.
2. A public hearing to consider a resolution approving an interfund loan in the amount of $820,000 from the Energy Fund to the Telecommunication Debt Service Fund at an interest rate of 5.17% and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
