1. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $60,000 in the Home Buyer Assistance Revolving Fund for capital expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.

2. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $197,866 in the Special Purpose Grant Fund for operating and capital expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2010.
