Item 1 - A public meeting to consider the appointment of an individual to the Provo
Municipal Council to fill a portion the unexpired term of Council Member
Stephen A. Hales representing Council District 5 until January 4, 2016.
Applicant interviews.
o Each applicant will be allowed a time-limited opening statement to the Municipal
Council.
o The Municipal Council will ask questions of each applicant.
o Each applicant will be allotted an additional two minutes to provide closing remarks.
