4.	A public hearing on a resolution to place approximately 7.40 acres of real property generally located at 1776 Buckley Lane on the surplus property list and authorizing the Mayor to sell the property. (15-074)

5.	A public hearing on a resolution consenting to the appointment of individuals to  various boards and commissions. (15-084)

A public hearing on an ordinance adopting a Tentative Budget for Provo City Corporation for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, in the amount of $207,280,188, setting a public hearing to consider a proposed change in the Certified Tax Rate, and amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule and Provo City Code Section 4.04.060.  (15-059)

A resolution to submit written notice to the Utah County Commission of Provo City’s intent to submit an opinion question to the residents of Provo City in the November 2015 election regarding authorization to impose a local option sales tax as described in Utah Code Section 59-12-1402 for the purposes of funding cultural facilities, recreational facilities, and zoological facilities and botanical organizations, cultural organizations, and zoological organizations.15-064.

8.	A public hearing on a resolution adopting a budget for the Provo City Storm Water Special Service District, in the amount of $4,059,019, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016. (15-060)

Redevelopment Agency of Provo

9.	A public hearing on a resolution adopting a budget for the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City Corporation, in the amount of $4,839,862, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016. (15-061)
