Policy Items Referred from the Planning Commission

An ordinance vacating the property interest of Provo City Corporation in West 880 North Street from 440 West to 300 West and North 380 West Street from 800 North to 880 North and North 440 West Street from 880 North to approximately 860 North as well as the vacation of the nearby public utility easements. North Park Neighborhood. (14-0001SV)

An ordinance amending Section 14.34.170 (Lot Area Reduction – Public Use) of the Provo City Code to allow the Planning Commission to grant exceptions for changes to the minimum lot area and/or the elimination of the street frontage requirement for a lot owned by a public entity or a public or private utility. City-wide Impact. (14-0009OA)
