Item 2 - A public hearing on an ordinance amending Chapter 18.01 (Storm Water Utility) of the Provo City Code to include Sections 18.01.070 (Billing), 18.01.080 (Storm Water Impact Fee), and 18.01.090 (Storm Water Impact Fee Exemption & Credits) to comply with The Federal Clean Water Act, and the Department of Water Quality (DWQ) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System permit.
