2 A resolution authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to sign a letter of intent with the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the sale of real property located at 192 S. University Avenue (parcel 04:042:0001) for the amount of $500,000; and further, based on the terms of the letter of intent, to negotiate a contract, sell, and convey the property, consistent with the terms of the letter of intent (11-211RDA)
