A public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of $39,000,000 general obligation bonds, if approved by eligible voters at a special bond election to be held in the City on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, for the purpose of paying all or part of the costs of constructing, acquiring, and equipping a community recreation center to be located at North Park, 450 West 500 North, Provo, Utah, and related matters.
2. A resolution providing for the conduct of a special bond election on November 2, 2010 for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the City the question of the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds of the City in an amount not to exceed $39,000,000; declaring official intent with respect to certain expenditures; and providing for related matters.
