from applauding, and being respectful during the proceedings of the meeting.

1. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $39,787.34 in the Police Department of the General Fund for operational expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
2. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $20,000 in the Streets Department of the General Fund for operational expenses and reducing appropriations in the Engineering Capital Improvement Fund by $20,000 and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
3. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $85,000 in the Emergency Response Fund for operational expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
4. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $14,504 in the Golf Course Fund for capital expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
