Purchase Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City
Corporation and PEG Development, LLC, for the purpose of acquiring and
redeveloping property located generally within the area bounded by 100 North, 200
North, Freedom Boulevard, and 300 West in Provo, Utah.
