A resolution to participate with the Utah Transit Authority in its Art in Transit program for public art at the Provo commuter rail station, at a total cost not to exceed $100,000; with the Utah Transit Authority to provide 50 percent of the total cost, and Provo City to provide up to 25 percent of the total cost from City funds and to raise up to 25 percent with private donations; and to award this public art
project to Don Mitchell for his “Portal to Another Place” and “Two Greeters”
sculptures.
