Item C - Broadweave/Veracity Merger
1. A resolution approving amendments to the transaction documents between Provo City Corporation, Broadweave Networks of Provo LLC, and Broadweave Networks Inc. For the sale of Provo City's fiber?to?the?premises communications network known as iProvo, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the amending agreements and take any action necessary to implement the agreements.
2. A public hearing to consider a resolution approving an interfund loan in the amount of $820,000 from the Energy Fund to the Telecommunication Debt Service Fund at an interest rate of 5.17% and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
