Department recommends that the Residential Conservation Zone replace the General Downtown Zone for six properties located at 318, 338, 354, and 370 South 100 East and 71 and 85 East 400 South (12-0002R)
G The Municipal Council or the Governing Board of the Redevelopment Agency will consider a motion to recess and reconvene in room 310 to consider a motion to close the meeting to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or to discuss the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, and/ or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in conformance with § 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq., Utah Code Ann.
