Item 1 - The Community Development Department requests a modification to the Design Guidelines that pertain to the proposed Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Campus High Density Residential and Campus Mixed Use zones. The Planning Commission recommended that the Municipal Council approve these zones in September 2011. The purpose of this modification is to allow for greater design flexibility.
