Item 2 - Provo City is proposing the creation of five new multi-family, residential zones consisting of Low Density Residential (LDR), Medium Density Residential (MDR), High Density Residential (HDR), Campus High Density Residential (CHDR) and Campus Mixed Use (CMU), together with Residential Design Standards that are intended to be applicable to each of these zones.
