Item 2 - A public hearing on a consideration of annexation petitions for the Smith – Northern Hills
Annexation (northern and southern portions) containing a total of approximately 210 acres of real
property generally located between 5000 and 5500 North, on the east side of Canyon Road, and
extending eastward to include all unincorporated areas of Utah County located in Sections 7 and 18
of T 6 S, R 3 E, SLB&M. North Timpview and Riverbottoms Neighborhoods. (13-0010A & 14-

ridership estimates based on a current model and on current conditions and applying to the Fiscal
